At Raaz, we ensure your premium clothing is delivered safely, quickly, and with no extra cost—anywhere in Pakistan.

Delivery Coverage

We currently only deliver within Pakistan using Pakistan Courier Service (PCS).

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time & Charges

Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days nationwide.
Delivery Charges: FREE delivery on all orders across Pakistan—no minimum spend required.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp to monitor your parcel’s status.

Delays

While we strive for timely delivery, delays due to weather, courier workload, or unforeseen circumstances may occur. We will always assist you in tracking and resolving delivery issues.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your address details before confirming your order. Raaz will not be responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
